How can I return items?TOP The PolkaDot Frog offers the following Returns Policy:
All items need to be returned within 10 days. Please contact us by email for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be processed without a RAN. Please email us with invoice number and reason for return. There will be no returns on custom orders, unless there was a mistake on our part and we will quickly replace that item for you. There are no returns on bath or spa items.
